"Took my partner here for her birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better meal. The $70 set menu had all the range that we were after and sizeable meals to keep us full. The service was great and the ingredients were fresh. Everything in the dishes had a place. The precinct in which the restaurant was in, was also very modern and contemporary, which made the restaurant very appealing. We will be returning, and recommending to everyone who is after a high quality Japanese meal."

"It was an overall good experience. The ingredients were fresh and the food itself was quite tasty. However, the seasoning was a little too strong, which made it harder to appreciate the natural flavours of the ingredients. That said, it was still an enjoyable meal overall."

"A really lovely indoor/outdoor dining option in a piazza style space with accessible street parking. I had the Tempura Prawn & Teriyaki Wagyu Beef which were both scrumptious! We got there early which was wonderful because it got busy after 6.30pm. Nice and quiet at 5.30pm and Happy Hour on some food & drinks. I had a really nice dry Sake available for $10. Staff were super welcoming and great energy. Place felt clean and had an endearing natural timber finished decor that was charming."

"I loved the place—the atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. It’s located in a small lane with other restaurants offering different cuisines. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the teriyaki tofu, which was very tasty, though the side portion was quite small—it only came with two pieces of broccoli and a lettuce leaf. Considering the price, I think the dish could be more complete."
